I recently finished my install and i now have 780cc injectors with my FPGReen controlled by dsmlink. I have yet to have it tuned however, the car runs fine but sounds weird around the 4k RPM. like harley or something. I threw code P0201 Circuit Malfuntion Injector 1 (open circuit maybe?) anyway, I'm just wondering if this can just be a problem ignored using the ignore option on the DSMLink DTC or if this will interfere with getting my car tuned and performing at it's maximum.
I've cheched my injectors and they all measure 2-3 ohms. i've yet to check the pinouts to see if there is a continuation error and it is an open circuit. However, i feel that the problem may ultimately be in the Rebuilt ECU i bought from ffwdconnection.com. I'm sending off my stock 95 ECU to get socketed and then swapping the ECU's to see if the code persists. However, with doing this would the car run just as well on either ECU with the tune as long as i transfer the chip? or should i wait to have it tuned on my stock ECU once it is socketed? Thanks for all help
