Anyone have any suggestions on where to get some 450cc injectors? Or some rebuilt ones. I have checked just about every web site out there and all I can find are 550 and bigger. I am not going ridiculous turbo. I have a FPBigT28 and I am running the stock controller. I just need some injectors that don't leak. I tried getting a set off ebay and, well, let's just say I don't want to relive that nightmare. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Or if you have a set for sale. Let me know. I'll be up in Sac in about 2 months on my vacation. Thanks guys and gals.

Throw up a want ad on here and cowtown, between the two there is a pretty nice collective of DSMers. You can always call up M&S, I'm sure they have a set as well

Is it your injectors that are leaking or the o rings? If it's just the rings, you can replace them for a lot cheaper yanno?

(but M & S will sell you a set of injectors on a fuel rail for $50)

Mitsu Injectors very RARELY go bad, most of the time its just seals

the only time we sell them at M&S is when the Honduh guys bolt on a kustom turbo
and their 68cc injectors will not cut it anymore

It's not the seals. I'm actually a store manager for a repair facility here in Vegas. The injectors are leaking down into the cylinders overnight. I checked the pump, and it holds pressure. But the injectors are leaking down overnight. They also have an erratic spray pattern. I had them checked and was told the tips are cracked. who is m&s? I am interested in the injectors. VERY interested. Thanks for the help everyone. I appreciate it.

and hit them with 20lb sledge hammers, and make lots of money selling all the parts that break on them too! :D

Get 550s at least.. the FPbig28 flows too much for 450s from experience.. unless your planning on running race gas all the time..

okay, I have been told differing things. I was told NOT to use the 550's unless I am running a piggy back or management controller. I have a set of 550's now, just chillin but didn't want to drop them in because I was told by another DSM forum that unless you run a management controller with them they will dump too much. I am having my G2 run a fuel volume test and leakdown test on the pump. I know that I am flowing at around 65 psi on max boost and around 45 at idle. Which according to mitsu is spec for the stock pump. I am going to a Walbro 195 just for good measure. I know I know. Everyone says do the 255 but I'm not going big boost. (18 psi after the motor build) you guys really have been helpful with your suggestions. Thank you so much.

So far, you're on the right track. It would be best to use those 550s and yes, you'll need some sort of piggy back or you could probably even get away with just an ajustable fuel presssure regulater. 450s won't be able to supply enough fluel for a T28 at 18psi. You'll need something to tune with anyways to get the best performance out of your car so you might as well get the SAFC or DSMLink if you can afford it.
