I was driving northbound on Watt ave, out by the base in North Highlands going to my friends house. Out of nowhere comes this late 90's Camaro SS next to me and the light turns red so we slow down and stop. My cousin was with me and the guy looks over at us, and gave a lil smirk. The guy revs hard, showing off his exhaust. After a couple seconds. I rev up to 4300 rpms and hold it there. The guy revs up a couple times and gets ready.
Right before the light turns green the guy gives it a good rev and as it turns green I slip the clutch and launch off. At this point I already had 4-5 cars on him. At 6500 rpms I hit 2nd gear. By this time I had atleast 8 cars on him. He shut off and I shifted to third and cruised to the next light. At the next light, he just sat there, didnt even look over or give a evil smirk or anything. My cousin was laughing non stop and was complaining of neck pains after that launch.

My cousin was shocked that I had taken out a Camaro SS since he's a V8 fan. His new story is how his cousin Jorge with a inline- 4 cylinder smoked a Camaro SS from a Dig.

Good job racing on the street f@c<.

We've already had the street vs track flame thread, maybe it was a bit b-4 your time here? Outcome track is safer yet people still cant turn down a red light race especially against a v8.

A stock SS is good for a 13.50 on street tires

a AWD DSM with a Exhaust and Boostcontroler will eat them all day light to light

I always thought it was 13.00 flat? I was giving them more credit than I should have. :P

good kill. i can't wait till my car is up and running again to stomp on those idiots that swear their stock SS's are rocket ships. i almost had the chance to kill one about a week ago while i was out tuning. he started getting all stupid and cutting between cars. so i slowly follow waiting for clear road. eventualy we get clear road and i pull up next to him. the passenger looks over and gives me that look like they will freaking eat me. the guy blips the throttle so i give it a little gas to get the turbo spooled. after the fag heard my turbo he up shifted and just cruised from there on. at this time the passenger had one of the semi-scared looks on his face wondering how fast my car really was. dangit i wanted to womp on him. maybe next time. taking my turbo back to the shop tomorrow and gonna have the man get started on a new setup. leaning toward a BB 62-1.

Since I'm driving without a hood right now, my valve cover is chromed out, and my HKS BOV is pointing directly at my right side of the car towards the driver of a car on my right side.......I love to vent the HKS right on their ear as I'm passing by.....I've scared so many pedestrians, its not even funny. Its hard to pick a race when people can see your engine compartment with a couple extra things in there....

yep Manny, yesterday I drove from my friends house in North Highlands to my house in Galt at around 6 pm....it was raining alittle bit. When I got home, my engine bay was completely dry, eventhough I had driven in the rain.

I gotta find a day to go pick up a carbon fiber hood in SoCal.
