FWD Dyno Day

I'd like to get a for sure dyno day going. We need to find out who would be interested so we can determine a group price over at Marcos.

Manny mentioned begining of March as a potential date. Would we need more advance warning than that?

We could throw in a non official "tune day" before the dyno date so the guys who don't have loggers or aren't all that comfterable tuning can have their cars running decently before paying for the rollers.

Ok so possibly early march, on sat morn/early afternoon. We don't have to worry about hot days YET so that's good. Manny you'll have to give us the exact details, I think you said ~$45 for 3 runs but I don't remember. How's the 5th or 12th sound? I'm goin to vegas on the 19th so hopefully it doesn't fall on that day.


I'm gonna drop my cams in and shoot for 350whp :D

Ok, well Manny or I will give them a call and set a for sure date and get the price and time worked out. So far looks like the 12th sounds good and we've already got about 7 saying "I'm down" so hopefully by then we'll have a good dozen or so down for the rollers.

I'll post a sticky whenever we get the date, time, and price pin pointed but we can keep discussion and questions here.

I'm looking forward to it!! I'll see if my little mod list actually did anything :lol:

It will more then likely be like last time.. the 45$ for three dyno runs. I think we are gonna try and setup a day that involves a little street tuning before hand, just so we all won't go in there running poor

Sweet am still down might bring some other central guys also, I should have my FP58 57trim in only thing is i may only be pushing 13psi untill i get bigger injectors. cant wait.

I talked with Corky ( :lol: ) the owner of the shop and he said the buisness is closing everything down but the dyno stuff. SOoo that means the prices have gone up a bit. It's $50 for 3-4 pulls and you have the option of running in the car yourself or having the techy do it. I'd perfer to have Paul and everyone else up and running, that way we can keep that $50 rate. It's normally $75-$85.

I would have been down for whenever but I really don't want to fill the shop up with smoke from my leaky valve seals. I should have it fixed along with cams, 1G intake man, 3" intake, and new ex manifold. Maybe this is a good thing :D :D
