I HAVE JUST REPLACE MY FACTORY DOWN PIPE AND MUFFLER WITH A TSUDO DOWN PIPE/APEX N1 MUFFLER. NOW MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. TALKING TO A COUPLE OF PEOPLE AT THE TRACK, THEY SAID THAT I NEED A SENSOR. THE SENSOR CONNECT TO THE 02 HOSING OR IT COULD CONNECT TO THE ECU. IF ANYONE KNOW WHERE I COULD GET THAT SENSOR, PLEASE RESPOND. THANKS... OR GIVE ME A CALL TU 9165487374

First, caps lock off. Second, what happened to the O2 sensor? Did you get rid of the O2 housing that the DP bolts to (is it an O2 eliminator?)

Did you change the rest of the exhaust, or just the DP and muffler? If you don't have your O2 sensors pre and post cat hooked up, you're going to get a CEL... if you don't at least have the first one hooked up, the car will probably run pig rich when you're not at WOT, as it can't get an O2 reading to tell if it's putting the right amount of gas in...

Right, what Jon said lol. Make sure you have an O2 sensor at the o2housing, and an O2 sensor hooked up on the downpipe, before the catalitic converter. Let us know which of the 2 isnt hooked up :) Good choice in exhaust btw

Both of the 02 are plug in,, if i unplug the battery and plug it back in, the check engine light would go away, but as soon as i turn the car off and start it up again, it would come back on. need some help... thanks tu

do you still have the cat or not? if not then its nothing to worry about and its common. if you come out to one of our meets i can check the CEL # for you.

I just realized you might not have a cat anymore with that downpipe. If you dont, then you need to trick that o2 sensor into thinking it's getting a reading. You do this by putting a bolt in the downpipes o2 sensor hole (if it has one) then either wrap the o2 sensor in aluminum foil or just clamp the sensor to the side of the exhaust. Both methods have had succuess in eliminating the code. Or just get a pocketlogger lol.

What Manny Fresh said should solve it. If not I can still check it for you sometime.
